Isabel Inclan is a journalist who has worked for more than 30 years in Canada and Mexico as a foreign correspondent, reporter, editor-in-chief, and press attaché.

  • She is a freelance reporter for New Canadian Media.

Her documentary Latin American Women in Canadian Politics (Toronto, 2022) was premiered at the Alucine Film Festival and has been screened at Glendon College and community events.

From 2011 to 2018 she worked as a correspondent for the Notimex new agency. She has been editor-in-chief at Correo Canadiense.

In 2015 she was recognized as one of the Ten Most Influential Hispanic Canadian.

In 2017, in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation, and in collaboration with the Institute for Creative Exchange, she produced the video “Canada 150-150 Mexicans.”

She has covered international meetings such as NALS, G20, NAFTA ministerial meeting, as well as important trade shows such as PDAC, SIAL, CRFA, and the Toronto International Film Festival and the Hot Docs Festival.
